We’re delighted to share that Pollard Thomas Edwards has been shortlisted for Architect & Design of the Year at the HealthInvestor Seniors Housing Awards 2025.

Led by Patrick Devlin and Stephen Morris, our Later Living team is dedicated to creating places where people can live well, feel connected and age with dignity. From retirement communities and extra care housing to care villages and co-designed cohousing, our work is always shaped around people’s real lives.

“This shortlisting reflects the significant growth of our work within the Later Living sector over the past year,” says Stephen Morris. “Building on our award-winning portfolio of communities, we are excited to be delivering a number of new projects that will continue to set benchmarks for quality, wellbeing and innovation in the year ahead.”

Recent highlights include Pemberley Place in Bath, which welcomed its first residents this year, and Mindenhurst Care Centre in Surrey, a 90-bed woodland community with an on-site restaurant, gym and therapeutic facilities.
